The singular creation of Discworld author Terry Pratchett, today Maurice is a fully-fledged movie star, voiced by none other than Hugh Laurie in Sky Cinema's The Amazing Maurice (2022), a handsome, animated adaptation of Pratchett's beloved 2001 novel, The Amazing Maurice and His Educated Rodents.  

A chatty, streetwise cat with a gang of sentient rats and a crafty plan, Maurice's animated incarnation is gorgeously captured in this official, limited edition, life-size statue. Crafted exclusively by Blu Goblin, it sees Maurice striking a characteristically sly but contented pose.

Cunning, cool and just a little crazy, The Amazing Maurice first sprang from the imagination of Discworld author Terry Pratchett, and from a passing mention in 1991's Reaper Man, eventually took centre stage in the author's first novel for children, 2001's Carnegie Medal-winning, The Amazing Maurice and His Educated Rodents.
