All first-owner collections have been created as unique drops available exclusively at www.blugoblin.com. Each drop will be limited in quantity (only a maximum number of units available), which will be clearly communicated from the outset. Alternatively, the opportunity to order the product/s will be limited with a closing date clearly communicated.

All items are officially and exclusively licensed to Blu Goblin, directly from the brand owner/rights holder.

10% of every sale on Blu Goblin will be donated to a partner cause – the specific cause associated with each drop will be clearly communicated.

We are committed to ethical trade, working closely with our manufacturing partners to ensure health, safety and social compliance 

In the first instance, we suggest that you go to your junk mail folder to check if the e-mail is there. For customers who are using email/spam filtering, please "whitelist" the Blu Goblin domain name (hello@blugoblin.com) to protect future emails from being rejected or sent to a junk mail folder. If you still can’t find the email then please just drop us an email at hello@blugoblin.com providing the following details and we'll look into the matter for you:

• Name and address

• Order reference number

• Date of purchase

No problem. Just drop an email to hello@blugoblin.com and we’ll get it sorted. NB. For security reasons, we may require some additional information from you just to verify your details.

For any changes or amendments to your order, please contact us at hello@blugoblin.com with the subject line of CHANGE ORDER REQUEST and we will do our best to help, where possible. NB. As every product available on Blu Goblin is produced to order, we may not be able to make any changes if the process has commenced.

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at hello@blugoblin.com with the subject line of CANCEL ORDER REQUEST. Please provide full details of the item purchased, including an order reference number, along with your name and address. Please note that as every product available on Blu Goblin is produced to order, we may not be able to cancel the order if the process has commenced. Due to the limited availability nature of the Blu Goblin proposition, we reserve the right not to accept any cancellation requests made 72 hours after the original order was placed.

For Blu Goblin, the security of online purchase is paramount. All transactions are performed through the strictest of secure payment systems. Confidential payment details are transmitted directly in encrypted format (SSL) to the entity. 

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Every Blu Goblin item is handled with the utmost care however, we appreciate that on occasions an item may be damaged in transit. If, on delivery, your item has been affected, please email us within 24 hours, at hello@blugoblin.com providing the following details:

• Name and address

• Order reference number

• A description of the damage

• A photo and/or video clip of the damaged item

Please do not return any faulty items before receiving further information from our customer care team.

Shipping and Handling

Every single product we create is unique and limited, in both design and availability. Each drop is made with great care and only for you - the collector. As our products are exclusively available at www.blugoblin.com, they are offered on a pre-order basis, prior to production enabling you as a collector not to miss out on owning one of these highly desirable, limited quantity products.

When we launch each drop, we will clearly highlight the estimated production/shipping time, which will vary by product type. Remember that we hold no stock and that each drop is made with great care and exclusively for you - the collector. Once the pre-order window is closed, the product won’t be available to buy again. Not just fabulously collectible but wholly unique. Once we have received your order/payment you will receive a confirmation email, which will also include an estimated delivery date. You will receive a further email update when your item has been dispatched. 

Yes. An e-mail notification is sent containing tracking information once your item(s) ships out.

Yes. The customs & sales taxes are included in the total amount of your order.

Shipping costs vary dependent on where in the world you are located, and the weight of the product purchased. These costs are however detailed prior to checkout on our website.

In the event that you have selected the wrong delivery address, please contact us immediately at hello@blugoblin.com, providing the following information:  

• Order confirmation number

• Email address used to make the transaction

• Full name

• New delivery address.

We will try our best to get this actioned and will confirm accordingly.
