Items for sale on the Blu Goblin website will always be of limited edition and are manufactured subject to demand. As such, the final production quantity will often only be determined at the close of each drop in order to maintain credibility of the limited edition offering. As such, Blu Goblin Ltd. will endeavour to despatch your physical item[s] within 3-6 months of the close of the drop, unless stated otherwise on the individual product pages – please check the details before purchasing.
Timing is dependent on demand, COVID-19 restrictions and delays. Blu Goblin Ltd will update you as soon as possible once your order is ready to ship. You will receive a tracking number upon despatch. Blu Goblin Ltd cannot, however, be held responsible for any delays due to local customs clearance processes.

WRONG/INCOMPLETE DELIVERY ADDRESS
Please advise us as soon as possible in the event you have provided us with an incorrect or incomplete address, and we will do our best to update the details on our system.
Once the product has been despatched, we cannot take any responsibility for the loss/recovery if the address that you provided is incorrect/incomplete.
NB. Allowing for lengthy lead times between ordering and delivery, please allow for changes in your delivery address details, ie. In the eventuality that you move home in between placing the order and receiving the item.
