Refund policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a returns process, please contact us at hello@blugoblin.com. If your return is processed, we’ll send you a unique returns reference number [URRN] and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a URRN, which you will need to include on your returns documentation, will not be accepted.

All returned items must be received within 21 days of the URRN being issued

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and advise you of the refund process, which will invariably be automatically credited against your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your item upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective or damaged.
